My Clients are my friends. I enjoy recording music with my buds, dontcha know.

So far we have recorded 5 complete "tracks to CD" projects. The very first CD was finished in 2003. It was El CD by Steve Ribnikar. He wrote all the songs and I played fiddle and mando on the project. We also enlisted another friend, Keith Werle to bang on the drums. In Sept. '08 Steve and I wrapped up the mastering on his new CD called Queso Supremo. Check out the SoundClips page for some of this and don't forget to visit Steve's website, Honky-Tonk-Music.com.

I finished Grady Lee's new CD in June '06. Grady is a great singer-songwriter who lives in Marshall, TX. Grady & I go way back. Back to '77, I believe. We have picked together from our own drunken parties all the way up to the Museum of Fine Arts! Grady has spent most of the last 20 years writing & playing cowboy songs of some fashion or another. Grady likes to say we're just tellin' stories about dead cowboys, since as you may already know, in most of the good cowboy songs someone gets shot to all to hell. Anyway, Grady's got a new CD on the way. He wrote 2 of the songs on it and the others I think you're gonna really like too. Quite a departure from your everyday country radio gone off the rocker pablum. Additional musicians are Steve Ribnikar on guitar and dobro and Susan Jackson on fiddle and accordian. Grady's website is GradyLee.com. You can sample the songs and buy the CD on MyTexasMusic.com

A couple of years ago (2004) some friends of mine from high school got together again and reformed into a band we call Beaver Tree. It's a little 4 piece and we do mostly 50's-70's cover songs, only this time with an acoustic emphasis. We cover the Beatles, Stones, Creedence, Pickett, CSN&Y, and The Boss among many others. We have perfected the practice phase of our performance (meaning we haven't gotten a real gig yet) and have recorded our first CD called "Stumped". Clips are you know where, go take a listen. A different perspective on some old R&R tunes and we have a real blast doin' it. In Nov. '08 we finished our 2nd project titled "Damit!" we should have CD's by mid-December, but you can download the clips on the SoundClips page.
